5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 million88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests.
